My Journey




Here is a picture of most of my fitness journey. Every day i push myself to become a more fit version of myself. This is a lifestyle and I never plan on stopping.

My fitness journey began in November 2011 when I decided to start try Insanity and find a workout that I enjoyed. Two of my friends and I did Insanity for a while and then we started lifting in the gym with occasional cardio. At this time I was still eating the same way and started to plateau in my weight loss. I completed another round of insanity and thought I was in shape. Crossfit gave me a wake up call and now when I look back at it, I was skinny after insanity but i lacked all muscle and definition. I started eating clean at the end of 2012 and that has allowed my body to slowly adjust to its natural levels. Yes I have a lot of muscle but it makes up my lean body mass and I don't want to change that.
